Yesterday I ran a 5k in just over 27 minutes. Monday was weights/resistance for back, biceps, and abs. This text feature only allows 160 characters!

  1. Went on a 14-mi bike ride last night (walked the last half mile cause I had a flat tire!)

    Since I'll be moving away from the beach, decided this morning to just start the swimming training next week in a pool than in the ocean, for now, and just do the ocean swimming on weekends. Just get used to swimming with a wetsuit for now.
