Went on a 14-mi bike ride last night (walked the last half mile cause I had a flat tire!)
ReplyDeleteSince I'll be moving away from the beach, decided this morning to just start the swimming training next week in a pool than in the ocean, for now, and just do the ocean swimming on weekends. Just get used to swimming with a wetsuit for now.
